It is with a heavy heart that I write to share difficult news. After forty-one years in practice and twenty-one years of caring for you and your families at 751 Rancheros Drive in San Marcos. I have been forced to vacate my office through no fault of my own and under circumstances entirely beyond my control.
This was a sudden and unexpected removal. To comply, every one of the specialized, permanent fixtures that made our practice what it was had to be taken out, and they are now in storage. I have moved out of the Rancheros Drive office completely. Regrettably, no replacement office is available to me at this time.
I want you to know how deeply I have valued your trust, your loyalty, and your friendship over these many years. Caring for you has been the honor of my professional life, and the decision was never mine to make.
While I work to determine the path forward, only limited services are available. If you are in the middle of treatment that has not yet been completed, or if you have an urgent dental concern, please call me directly so we can discuss your care and your options. I will do everything I can to help you continue your treatment without interruption.
You are also entitled to a copy of your dental records, and I will assist in transferring them to you or to a provider of your choosing upon your written request. Please reach out and I will make sure that is handled promptly.
